Start in a downward dog position facing each other. Walk your hands backward while your partner walks their feet forward, creating an inverted V-shape. Hold hands or provide support on the mat, deepening the stretch.

Sit back-to-back with your partner, crossing your legs. Inhale, lengthen the spine, and exhale, twisting gently to one side. This pose enhances flexibility and requires synchronization for a harmonious stretch.

Sit facing each other, holding hands. Lift your legs, bringing the soles of your feet together. Find balance as you create a V-shape with your bodies, engaging your core muscles together.

Kneel facing each other, reaching back to hold onto your partner’s hips. Simultaneously lean back, creating an arch in your back. This heart-opening pose encourages trust and vulnerability.
