Also learn how to avoid Tennis Elbow, Lower back pain, Wrist Pain, Shoulder Pain, Knee Pain, Ankle and Foot injuries on the mat, and how to help your students and clients off the mat.

NOTE- The participants will have to undertake short Quizzes, Exams and Assignment to assess their understanding of the concepts taught during the course.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Foundation Course
