300-Hours Advanced Holistic Yoga Teacher Training (Dharamshala)
Deepen your practice and elevate your teaching with Sayujya Yoga’s internationally accredited 300-Hours Advanced Holistic Yoga Teacher Training Course, offered in Dharamshala.
This program combines traditional yogic wisdom with modern scientific understanding, guiding you toward proficiency in asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, teaching methodology, and the therapeutic applications of yogic practices.
With personalised mentorship, experiential learning, and a holistic approach rooted in authenticity, the 300-Hour YTTC by Sayujya Yoga empowers you to refine your self-practice, teaching skills, expand your knowledge, and embody yoga as a way of life—on and off the mat.
Sayujya Yoga Advanced Holistic Yoga TTC is based on
4P module:

Immerse yourself in the ancient wisdom of yoga and discover how its timeless teachings can be applied to your daily life by learning the philosophy of yoga. Sayujya Yoga’s approach bridges traditional scriptures with modern understanding.
Delve into the teachings from the Bhagavad Geeta, the Principal Upanishads, the Yoga Sutra and Ayurveda to cultivate mindfulness and develop a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you. Explore the teachings from the lesser-known text- ‘Yoga Rahasya’ to understand its relevance in designing individualised practices and applying its concepts in yoga therapy.

Gain profound insight into the body’s inner workings. Experience the perfect balance of Eastern wisdom and Western science. This module explores the body as both a physical and energetic field:
Eastern Perspective: Delve into yogic and Vedic anatomy, understanding the flow of prana through nadis and chakras. Discover the principles of marma science and meridian lines, exploring how energy channels and subtle points impact vitality, balance, and healing.
Western Perspective: Study functional anatomy and physiology in relation to yogic practice—how muscles, joints, organs, and breath integrate to support alignment, movement, and safety. Gain insight into biomechanics and the physiological benefits of asana, pranayama, and meditation.
Together, these perspectives cultivate a truly embodied understanding – helping you practice and teach with both intuition and anatomical intelligence.

Experience yoga as a complete, living practice that embraces various limbs of yoga. Each day on the mat becomes a journey of transformation through structured, mindful, and progressive sessions.
Asana: Deepen your physical and energetic awareness through diverse asana styles—Hatha for alignment and strength, Vinyasa for rhythm and flow, Yin for stillness and release, Restorative for healing and recovery, and Theme-Based Flows that integrate creativity and intention into practice.
Energy cleansing, balancing and channelising techniques: Cleanse and awaken your inner systems with the classical practices of Shuddhi Kriyas, Pranayama, Mudra, and Bandhas. These traditional techniques purify, energise, and harmonise the body-mind complex, preparing you for deeper meditative awareness.
Relaxation & Meditation: Learn to balance dynamic effort with conscious rest through guided relaxation techniques and meditative practices that cultivate clarity, calm, and inner stillness. This immersive approach refines your sadhana, helping you move from effort to ease and from practice to presence.

Chakra Sadhana: Harmonise the body’s energy centres to balance emotions, focus, awareness and overall health.
Pancha Vayu Sadhana: Experience the movement of pranic forces that regulate vitality, strength, and inner stability.
Pancha Kosha Sadhana: Journey through the five layers of existence—from the physical to the blissful sheath—awakening holistic well-being.
Vedic Chanting & Nada Yoga: Connect with the vibrational essence of yoga through the sacred sounds of Vedic Mantras and the meditative resonance of Nada Yoga, fostering inner harmony and elevated consciousness.
Yoga Nidra: Experience deep relaxation and guided awareness through yogic sleep practices that restore balance and rejuvenate the nervous system.
Meditation from the Tantras: Explore transformative meditative techniques inspired by the Tantras, designed to expand perception, dissolve mental patterns, and awaken profound stillness within.

At the heart of every great yoga teacher lies the art of effective pedagogy—the ability to guide, inspire, and communicate with authenticity and clarity.
This module empowers participants to evolve from passionate practitioners into skilled, confident, and compassionate teachers. You will explore the role of the teacher as a facilitator of transformation—one who understands not only what to teach but also how to teach in a way that is accessible, intelligent, and deeply impactful.
This module refines your communication, observation, and teaching skills, helping you practice and teach with clarity, compassion, and creativity—transforming every class into a space of learning, healing, and joy.
Through Sayujya Yoga’s integrated Teaching Methodology, participants will learn to:
Design classes for deep healing and relaxation: Craft meaningful sessions that nurture physical restoration, emotional release, and inner calm through restorative, mindful, and meditative practices.
Sequence Classes Intelligently: Develop creative and coherent class structures based on Philosophy, Anatomy, Ayurveda, and Energetic Principles, allowing each session to become both therapeutic and transformative.
Apply Therapeutic Principles of Hatha Yoga: Understand how traditional asanas, pranayama, and relaxation techniques can be adapted to support diverse physical and mental health needs.
Implement the 14-10-7 Approach for Safe Asana Practice – Designing classes based on target areas, red flag areas and joint movements.

EXCELLENT Based on 196 reviews Posted on Vipin N VTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I started my 200hr yoga ttc on Nov 2026 and finished in May 2026 it was a week end batch Initially when we started we had a batch strength of 18 to 20 but as we progressed in our corse people started dropping in the first few months. Also in the 2nd month it self I had an ACCUTE ACL TEARN and doctors had strictly told me NOT TO DO YOGA any more .....things were looking very bleak and negative.....but I was very positive about my self and had trust on our teacher . I never wanted to give up what I started. The course content was very informative and deep...I have learnt a lot and still learning. Also through regular practice of asanas it has improved my flexibility to a certain extent and I feel there is still room to make it much better. In the course we learnt about anatomy, allignment which is very important for anyone who practices or teaches yoga before u do the asanas..I will continue my yogic sadhana.....our teachers mr hardik and ms prutha where quite supportive.......THANK U SAYUJYA YOGA FOR SHARING THE KNOWLEDGE OF YOGA TO ME AND TO OTHERS.Posted on Shameera PulikkanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Prutha Bhatt
Co-Founder, Sayujya Yoga PhD in Yoga
"Yoga is not a pursuit of bending the body, but a practice for mending the mind."
Since 2014, Dr. Prutha Bhatt has been a dedicated voice in the yoga community, moving the conversation away from performative aesthetics toward sustainable, holistic healing. As a PhD in Yoga, specialising in Injury Prevention in Asana, her approach is defined by a rare blend of scientific rigour and deep-rooted tradition.
Her teaching methodology is anchored in the 3 Ps:
Philosophy: Grounding the practice in ancient wisdom to provide mental clarity and purpose.
Physiology: Utilising a scientific understanding of the body to ensure every movement is safe, functional, and restorative.
Pedagogy: Applying refined teaching techniques to ensure that learning is accessible, impactful, and transformative for every student.
Before dedicating her life to Yoga, she served as a teacher of apparel design and manufacturing. This unique background provided her with a "structural" foundation—an eye for how systems are constructed and how they move under tension. She translated this mastery of external design into a mastery of internal alignment, focusing on how the human "architecture" can be supported to prevent injury and promote longevity.
At Sayujya Yoga, which she co-founded with her husband Hardik Mehta invites students to step beyond the physical pose. By blending philosophy, physiology, and pedagogy, she creates an environment where the mat becomes a space for both high-level education and profound personal restoration.
